Nichole Potts P/A is wonderful! She wanted me to phone in afterward if I had any sharp pains or if blisters (Shingles!!) occurred. I did report by phone - I left a message - next day - it looked better.

Dr Potts was very patient and showed great concern. 

I appreciated her understanding my concern, her examination of a possible problem plus suggestions for moving forward. She also addressed another issue I had with an expensive medication.

I decided to try a new practitioner and I immediately knew I was in the right place with the right person. Nichole suggested I have my labs done before (not after) my well-woman exam, and she noticed from my labs in 2023 that I might be low on iron, which no one ever mentioned to me. Nichole listened carefully to me, made good eye contact and I didn't feel rushed or brushed off. I am still smiling that I found a practitioner that I feel cares about me.

Love her bedside manner! Very professional and put me at ease for an uncomfortable visit. I had a concern not related to this visit, and she listened and had a great answer while communicating my concerns to my PCP via internal communication.
